Éste Programa Erasmus Intensivo dedicado a la literatura digital es único en Europa. Se podría pensar que se limita a un campo en concreto de vanguardia y sólo interesaría a unos pocos entusiastas. Lejos de ello la Literatura Digital, durante sesenta años, ha usado y abusado del ordenador, explorado sus posibilidades y cuestionado su uso diario. Se han desarrollado enfoques innovadores y se han anticipado usos de la computadora que son comunes hoy en día, resaltando tanto los límites cómo el potencial de lo digital. Siempre de una forma creativa, se siguen proponiendo nuevas posibilidades como una forma de subvertir las prácticas normativas que la industria está tratando de imponer. La Literatura Digital explota el tradicional ordenador, así como los móviles, las tabletas, las redes sociales, la geolocalización y todos los ambientes digitalmente creados. Mirando hacia el futuro. Es por eso que, participar en esta iniciativa desde la intersección entre la tecnología y la creatividad será de interés para muchas disciplinas. Esta es una oportunidad de beneficio particular para los profesionales creativos del mañana, ya sea que trabajen en las humanidades, en áreas artísticas o literarias, o en informática. Por ello hemos querido hacer que este curso esté disponible para tantas disciplinas como sea posible, en un intento de reunir a un grupo de estudiantes con habilidades complementarias. Este Programa Erasmus Intensivo está abierto a estudiantes de master y doctorado en ámbitos como la literatura, los idiomas, la comunicación, la informática, la hipermedia, estudios de medios de comunicación, los estudios culturales, artes plásticas, artes escénicas, la escritura creativa, que vengas de las siguientes universidades asociadas: la Universidad de París 8, de la Universidad Complutense, la Universidad de Ljubljana, la Universidade Fernando Pessoa y la University College Falmouth.

Programa del curso European Digital Literatures

El programa estará abierto a treinta alumnos seleccionados y una proporción en relación a cada universidad. Los estudiantes procedentes de Artes, Ciencias Informáticas, Ciencias de la Información y Literaturas a nivel de Máster serán bienvenidos. Las clases se llevan a cabo en Inglés por profesores de distintas nacionalidades. No todo el mundo va a tener fluidez en el idioma de Shakespeare, pero el grupo está aquí para ayudar a cada alumno a asimilar los conceptos. Los cursos no consistirán en conferencias, sino en sesiones basadas en la presentación de trabajos e intercambios. Se proporcionará una plataforma digital y diferentes materiales para el curso.

This Erasmus Intensive Program dedicated to digital literature is unique in Europe. You might think that it was limited to a specialized avant-garde field and would only interest a few enthusiasts. Far from it! Digital Literature, for sixty years now, has used and misused the computer, explored its possibilities, and questioned its everyday use. It has developed innovative approaches, and anticipated uses of the computer that are common today, highlighting both the limits and the rich potential of the digital. Always creative, it continues to propose new possibilities, as a way of subverting the normative practices that the industry is trying to impose. Digital literature exploits the traditional computer as well as mobiles, tablets, social networks, geolocalisation and all the environments that the digital creates. It is forward-facing. That's why engaging in this initiative at the intersection of technology and creativity will be of interest to many disciplines. It will be an asset of particular benefit to tomorrow’s creative professionals, whether they are working in the humanities, in artistic or literary fields, or in computer science. This is why we wanted to make this course available to as many disciplines as possible, in an attempt to gather a group of students with complementary skills. This Erasmus Intensive Program is open to Master and Doctoral students in, among others, literature, foreign languages, communication, computer sciences, hypermedia, media studies, cultural studies, fine arts, performance arts, creative writing, Literaturwissenschaft und Medienkultur, coming from the partnering Universities: the Université Paris 8, the Universidad Complutense, the University of Ljubljana , the Universidade Fernando Pessoa, the Universitat de Barcelona and University College Falmouth.

Course Program "European Digital Literatures"

The program is open to thirty selected students with a ratio for each university. Students coming from Arts, Computing Sciences, Media Studies and Literatures at Master level will be welcome. Lessons are conducted in English by teachers of different nationalities. Not everyone will be fluent in the language of Shakespeare but the group is here to help each student to assimilate the concepts. Courses will not consist of lectures, but of sessions based on presentations of works and exchanges. A digital platform and course materials will be provided.
