Fundamentos del "Knowledge Management"
El Knowledge Management o gestión del conocimiento se basa en tres áreas que se comunican entre si:
- Las personas y las conversaciones que se generan entre ellas: investigadores, docentes, estudiantes, documentalistas y bibliotecarios, informáticos, etc.
- Las tecnologías: digitales y analógicas
- Los procedimientos en cuatro fases de gestión.
