The UCM regulation develops the provisions of Royal Decree 99/2011 of 28 January 2011, which regulates official PhD studies. It rules the organisation and development of PhD studies at the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as the procedures for the admission, development and evaluation of PhD theses.
