Royal Decree 99/2011, of 28 January 2011 (BOE 10.2.2011) limits the deadline for the deposit and presentation of the PhD thesis, for its defence, before the Academic Committee of the PhD Program. From the moment of admission to the PhD program and after this period has elapsed without this having occurred, the PhD candidate will be permanently withdrawn from the program. Depending on the completion of full-time and part-time studies, as well as on the exceptional circumstances envisaged, you will have the deadlines indicated in the following table.
