Applicants who have not been admitted may submit a complaint against their non-admission through the online platform addressed to the President of the Academic Committee of the PhD programme of the Centre responsible for the Program on 17, 18 and 19 October 2022.

If the publication of the list of admitted was after the official date (14 October 2022), you can submit said claim within three business days following its publication. 

An appeal against the decision taken may be submitted before the Rector, whose decision shall exhaust administrative procedure.
