Quality assessment

Form to submit complaints, suggestions and comments regarding the master’s degree to the Coordination team, in a critical and respectful manner. Please note that complaints must be made by a named person so that we can keep you informed of the status of your complaint. If you do not leave us your details, the complaint will be processed as a suggestion or comment. In suggestions, you can also leave your personal details if you want us to keep you updated on the actions taken in this regard.

DATA PROTECTION: The personal data collected will be incorporated and processed according to the end purpose, in one of the following two files:

‘Quality Assessment’, for the purpose of assessing the quality of the Complutense University’s activities. No transfers are foreseen, except for those established by law. The body responsible for the file is the Vice-rectorate for Quality Assessment. 

‘Suggestions and Complaints’, the purpose of which is to manage suggestions, comments or complaints about the administrative functioning of the UCM. The body responsible for the file is the General Management.

The address where the interested party may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition is at: Archivo General y Protección de Datos, Avda. de Séneca 2, 28040 Madrid, which is informed in compliance with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
