Annual Statement

  Article 37

 1. The University Ombudsperson will present the Annual Statement on the management during the academic year and their objectives for the coming year at an Academic Senate session. This report will also contain the number and type of complaints submitted, and those that were investigated, including their results.

 2.  The Statement will not contain personal data that can identify the parties in the investigation procedure.

 3. The Statement will be published for the awareness of the university community and a copy will be sent to all the collegiate bodies of the University. At the following session, these bodies will be read an extract from the statement and the aspects that will affect them in particular.
