The preparation of the annual Monitoring Reports and, where applicable, the Verification Report, requires the inclusion and analysis of data obtained, among other sources, through satisfaction surveys of the different groups involved in the Doctoral Programme, which are generally conducted by the UCM Vice-Rectorate for Quality.

In addition, in order to increase the representativeness of the results obtained through these satisfaction surveys, the Doctoral Programme has implemented its own satisfaction survey system. While ensuring the anonymity of respondents, this system makes it possible to supplement the information obtained not only on the satisfaction of the groups involved, but also on the employment outcomes of graduates, with the aim of continuing to improve the development of the Doctoral Programme.
