The Doctoral School has published the offer of training activities approved by the EDUCM Steering Committee for the year 2021. One of the commitments of UCM's membership in the HRS4R quality seal is to promote the training of doctoral students in transversal competencies. To this end, the activities have been structured in different categories:

• Process of elaboration of the doctoral thesis
• Acquisition of specific methodological skills
• Divulgation of research results
• Employability and postdoctoral career
• Emotional dimension of the PhD thesis writing process
• Activities of a permanent nature
