There is extensive theoretical training in various sectors of Commercial Law (Corporate Law, Bankruptcy Law, Distribution Law and Contractual Law) and the latest bibliographical trends, case law and the latest ideas presented at congresses are known. With this knowledge it is intended to carry out different legal and commercial advice.

How does it work |
The teacher, with years of experience, is capable of analyzing problems, channeling demands, answers, resources, carrying out an in-depth study of a given subject, solving a query in a relatively short period of time, seeking doctrinal or jurisprudential solutions, etc.

Advantages |
Having a teacher provides security, because the office, the company, notary, etc will have more assurance that matters are well founded. The contrast between theory and practice is also enriching. On the other hand, it is also beneficial for the company while saving material and temporary training costs.

Where has it been developed? |
To date, this activity has been carried out in two law firms: Quecedo Abogados and Sacristán & Rivas Abogados.
