Deadlines


  • The students who are nominated for the whole academic year or the first semester:
    • Nomination period: From February 1st to May 15th
    • Application period: From April 1st to May 31st

  • For those students that are nominated to come for the second semester:
    • Nomination Period: From September 1st to November 15th
    • Application Period: From October 15th to November 30th

Nominations and applications after the deadline will not be accepted.
