Each academic year, doctoral students admitted to a doctoral program (both part-time and full-time) must formalize a registration for the academic supervision of the doctoral program.

Students who do not formalize the registration without a justified cause, or whose registration is cancelled for failure to pay all or part of the fee, will be required by the university to pay the amounts pending for registration in previous academic years as a prerequisite for registration and the time elapsed will be computed for the purposes of permanence.
