The Doctoral School has published the offer of training activities approved by the EDUCM Steering Committee for the year 2021. One of the commitments of UCM's membership in the HRS4R quality seal is to promote the training of doctoral students in transversal competencies. To this end, the activities have been structured in different categories:

• Academic-research competences related to the process of elaboration the PhD thesis
• Academic-research competences related to research methodology
• Competences in relation to the publication, diffusion and transfer of research results
• Emotional care of the PhD student
• Professional career, employability and entrepreneurship
• Teacher training
