Every year the Academic Committee holds a presentation day for the Doctoral Program in which it updates all the information related to the Program. It is attended by staff from the Student Secretary's Office. Students, tutors and directors are invited to the conference to resolve any doubts they may have about the operation of the Doctoral Program.

The members of the Academic Committee inform through the Virtual Campus about the different activities, calls for scholarships and awards, as well as other relevant deadlines for the students of the Program.

They also provide guidance to the students of the program in person or online on academic matters whenever they request it.
