Registration
Registration Document
- Enrolment form.
- Copy of passport.
- Bank proof of payment of the registration fee.
The registration fee for the course does not include any medical insurance. Students from EC countries are advised to bring their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for travel abroad.
Documentation provided by the centre
- 1) pay 15€
- 2) send a scanned bank receipt and
- 3) a copy of their passport or identity card. This fee will not be deducted from the registration fee.

Refunds, cancellations and waivers
For causes attributable to CCEE.
Possible causes for cancellation of courses.
- Cancellation by the CCEE of those courses that do not meet a minimum number of students.
- If there are no places left in the level in which the student is interested.
The full amount of the registration fee will be refunded only in the cases indicated above.
For causes attributable to students.
Only for visa denial. The student must present the letter received from the Spanish Consulate in his/her country.
Procedure to process the return
To request a refund, please contact the CCEE administrative office at the following e-mail address: (ceextran@filol.ucm.es). Once you have received the Return Forms, you must return them by email.
Conditions of Registration
Requirements
- You must be over 18 years of age.
- Payment of the 100% enrolment fee by the established deadline.
- Submission of all the required documentation.
Reservation
Assistance
To receive the final certificate, the student must attend at least 80% of the course hours. Absences can only be excused:
- For work reasons: certificate issued by the company.
- For health reasons: medical certificate issued by the service that attended the student.
- For administrative reasons: proof issued by the administrative office to which the student attends the course.
Changes of timetable and/or level
The student may request a change of level to the coordinator during the first week of class. The coordinator together with the rest of the teachers will determine if the change is appropriate.
