Registration Document
- Enrolment form.
- Copy of passport.
- Bank receipt or proof of payment.
The registration fee for the course does not include medical insurance. Students from EU countries are advised to bring their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) when traveling abroad.
Documentation provided by the centre
- 1) pay a fee of 15€
- 2) send a scanned copy of the bank receipt and
- 3) a copy of their passport or identity card. Please note that this fee will not be deducted from the course registration fee.

Refunds, cancellations and waivers
For causes attributable to the CCEE.
Possible reasons for course cancellation:
- Cancellation by the CCEE of those courses that do not meet a minimum number of students.
- If there are no places left in the level in which the student is interested.
The full registration fee will be refunded only in the cases indicated above.
For causes attributable to students.
Only for visa denial. The student must present the official letter of denial issued by the Spanish Consulate.
Procedure to process the return
To request a refund, please contact the CCEE administrative office at the following e-mail address: (ceextran@filol.ucm.es). Once you receive the refund forms, you must return them by email.
Conditions of Registration
Requirements
- You must be over 18 years of age.
- Full payment (100%) of the enrolment fee by the established deadline.
- Submission of all the required documentation.
Reservation
Attendance
To receive the final certificate, the student must attend at least 80% of the course hours. Absences can only be excused:
- For work reasons: certificate issued by the company.
- For health reasons: issued by the attending healthcare provider.
- For administrative reasons: proof issued by relevant administrative office.
Changes of timetable and/or level
The student may request a change of level to the coordinator during the first week of class. The coordinator, together with the teaching staff will determine if the change is appropriate.
