María Vallet-Regí, Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the UCM is the first Complutense researcher

According to Stanford in 2023, UCM Inorganic Chemistry professor María Vallet-Regí was ranked 1,500th of the world´s top 220,000 researchers.
María Vallet-Regí, professor of Inorganic Chemistry at UCM, is ranked 1,668th in the ranking of the impact of researchers considering her entire career, and 1,576th in the list of the most influential scientists.
María Vallet-Regí, Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the UCM and winner of the 2021 Community of Madrid ‘Margarita Salas’ Research Award, is the first Complutense researcher to appear on both lists. In the ranking of impact considering her entire career, Professor Vallet-Regí is ranked 1,668th, while in the list of the most influential scientists in the last year, she is ranked 1,576th. Mohamed Khayet, professor at the Faculty of Physical Sciences at the UCM, appears in second position, occupying, respectively, the 7,754th and 7,715th place.
