Prof. Maria Vallet-Regi received in Stockholm the Gold Medal of the Federation of European Materials Societies (FEMS)  during EUROMAT 2019 Congress.

Prof. Maria Vallet-Regi received the Medal at the end at her plenary Conference, "Bioceramics for health" in this Congress with more than  2300 attendants.  

The European Materials Medal is the most prestigious award of the Federation of European Materials Societies. Established in 1993, the European Materials Medal (Gold Medal) is awarded in recognition of outstanding contributions to the field of Materials Science and Engineering.
