FEMS Materials Innovation Prize June 2019 5 jun 2019 - 10:04 CETThe FEMS Executive Committee has ratified the decision of the Awards Committee to present Dr. María Vallet-Regí with the FEMS Award for Innovation in Materials, which is given every two years to distinguished scientists or engineers to recognize outstanding contributions to technological development and innovation based on exceptional contributions in materials science and engineering. The award celebrates inventions and innovations that have a favorable impact on people´s quality of life, as well as on overall well-being, sustainability and environmental impact on the economy.
