For students admitted to Doctorate Programs regulated by the R.D.99 / 2011, the Academic Commission of the Program must assign them a Thesis Director within a maximum period of 6 months. The representative of this Commission will deliver to the doctorate the document "Documentary Commitment of Doctorate Supervision", which must be signed by the Commission, the tutor and assigned directors as well as the doctoral candidate.
This document, signed by all parties, must be submitted to the Student Secretariat together with the thesis registration form for its formalization
