Our PI Isabel Durán at the "Ciencia y Caridad" Conference (Oct. 7th 2022, Duke Hanshan University Humanities Research Center, Barcelona) where she gave her keynote lecture “Medical Conditions Revisited: Reading and 'Viewing' Susanna Kaysen and Philip Roth with Gendered, Spanish Eyes.”

Our team members Carmen Méndez, Laura de la Parra, David Yagüe and Isabel Durán at the V International Conference in Transatlantic Studies: Topographies of Medicine (April 2023, Real Colegio Complutense Harvard, Boston) where they participated with the panel "Gender and Pathography from a Transnational Perspective" and Carmen Méndez delivered the keynote lecture "Haunted, Lonely, Privileged: Spaces in COVID fiction".


Our team members Carmen Méndez, Isabel Durán and David Yagüe at the ASA 2022 Anual Meeting (November 2022, New Orleans, Louisiana) where they participated in the International Committee Talkshop "International Perspectives on Teaching Health Humanities".
