Our library is amongst the largest libraries of mathematical texts in Europe. There is plenty of sitting space for study, as well as rooms you can book to work in groups

Computer rooms

The Faculty has four fully-equipped computer rooms for teaching, as well as a computer room for the student's independent use.

Museum of Astronomy and Geodesy

The Museum of Astronomy and Geodesy, established in 1995, brings together a large collection of 19^th and 20^th century instruments of Astronomy, Geodesy and Topography. It was collected by Dr. José María Menéndez Torroja (1916-1994) and his team. Some of the instruments were used in the most important geodetic works made in Spain in the second half of the 19^th century, such as the implementation of the basic geodetic network and the first Spanish geodetic link between Europe and Africa across the Strait of Gibraltar, both of which were managed by General Ibáñez de Ibero. Theatre "Rey Pastor"

The main lecture hall is used for guest conferences and special events such as graduations. It is named after the Spanish mathematician Julio Rey Pastor.

Cafeteria

Every Faculty in UCM's campus has its own cafeteria. It is open from 8am to the late afternoon. It offers lunch menus at very competitive rates.
