Bio

Associate Professor at Complutense University of Madrid since 2010. PhD in Mathematics since 2009. Academic visitor at CIMAT, Guanajuato, México (6 months), Universidad de San Andrés, Buenos Aires, Argentina (2 months) and Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, México (1 month). Academic Secretary of the Faculty of Mathematics (1992-1995 and 2003-2008). Coordinator in the Faculty of Mathematics of the Virtual Campus, from 2003 to date. Coordinator of the Degree in Mathematical Engineering of the UCM from 2018.

 

Research interests

Numerical analysis of Partial Differential Equations. Finite Element Method. Multigrid methods. Inverse problems. Uncertainty quantification.
