1) A Message from the IMI Director

Dear Colleagues,

It is a pleasure to celebrate issue number 100 of Boletín del IMI. Ever since its first issue, dated 8th of April 2021, it's been published every Thursday, apart from holiday periods. Boletín del IMI has kept growing rapidly, in content as in readers' interest, with recurring sections such as "La Viñeta Matemática", "Math Puzzle", "1+400 Divulgación con 1 imagen y 400 palabras", "Math Art", etc. This growth has been accompanied by the allocation of ISSN and DOI to the publication, which has contributed towards the publication being identifiable in accordance to international standards.

I also wish to congratulate Nirian Martín Apaolaza, IMI member, who is a new Profesora Titular de Universidad (Associate Professor) at the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at Complutense University of Madrid since 27 July 2023.
