TEJEDOR aims to connect early stage researchers with STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics / science, technology, engineering and mathematics) professionals who work in a non-academic environment to open their minds to the full range of professional possibilities after of the doctorate.

To define the pairing process of each mentor and their telemachine, not so necessary that they share the same scientific background as shared interests and an attitude towards professional and personal life, which is decided through the CV and the information provided in the inscription.

WHAT TO DO IN THE CASE OF AN INSATISFACTORY MATCHING FOR SOME OF THE PARTS?
All the participants in this program have been carefully selected for their willingness to participate, their sensitivity towards the objective of the program and their CV. We hope that all mentoring relationships are successful and rewarding. However, tutoring largely depends on a good connection between two people and it is normal that there are different degrees of satisfaction in the program, which we will analyze to see how to improve.
