An initial webinar will be organized to provide the necessary information to the mentors. Likewise, they will be invited to share their experiences throughout the program with the other mentors through an online meeting in the middle of the program. This meeting (or meetings, if mentors are willing to participate in more than one) will be useful for exchanging successful and unsuccessful practices and for advising and supporting each other. Participation is voluntary.

Mentors will be invited to share their professional experiences with other telemacs (not just the ones assigned to them) through online meetings. Thematic meetings will be proposed and organized if there is sufficient interest. Participation is voluntary.
