Irene Abelenda Núñez was born in 1994 in Leganés (Spain) and is PhD at the Chemical Physics Department at the University Complutense of Madrid (UCM), Spain. She received her MSc in Chemical Science and Technology  at the University Complutense of Madrid in 2019,  where she carried out studies on the physico-chemical behavior of different crowded systems with potential impact in biology.
