The Spanish Eupillar Workshop was held at Complutense University of Madrid

The workshop Civil Justice in the European Union took place the 26th of March at Complutense University of Madrid, Faculty of Law. During the seminar were discussed the main challenges facing judges, lawyers and individuals in cross-border litigation on family and maintenance cases, contractual obligations and extra contractual obligations.
In every session, moderated by a university expert in private international law, took part diverse law professionals from the public and private sector. The audience also had the opportunity to contribute to the seminar with their comments and proposals.
