The Scottish Eupillar seminar, Cross-Border Litigation in Europe: European and British perspectives on the Private International Law legislative framework, juridical experience and practice, was held the 17th of April 2015 at the University of Aberdeen.

The King´s College Conference Centre of the University of Aberdeen welcomed the participants of the seminar, directed and introduced by Professor Paul Beaumont (University of Aberdeen), coordinator partner of the Eupillar project.

The workshop was moderated, among other experts, by Professor Carmen Otero (Complutense University of Madrid) and Professor Jan von Hein (University of Freiburg), associated partners of the Eupillar project.
