The final conference of the Eupillar project took place the 16th and 17th of June in London

The partners of the Eupillar project will be participating in the final conference on cross-border litigation in Europe that will take place the 16th and 17th of June at Wolfson Theatre, New Academic Building, LSE (London).
The principal researchers of the Eupillar Project in the United Kingdom and Scotland, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Italy and Spain will introduce the results of the research on cross border litigation in Europe developed in their respective countries for two years.
Professors Paul Beaumont and Katarina Trimmings (University of Aberdeen), Mihail Danov (University of Leeds), Agnieszka Frąckowiak-Adamska (Warsaw University), Stefania Bariatti (University of Milan), Carmen Otero García-Castrillón (Complutense University of Madrid), Jan Von Hein (University of Freiburg) and Thalia Kruger (University of Antwerp) will make an exposure of the national experience on the application of the European private international law instruments in civil and commercial matters and family law matters.
Rapporteurs from Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Rumania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden will also present national reports on the practice of cross-border litigation in different European countries.
