The Doctorate Committee
The Doctorate Committee is a collegiate body chaired by the Rector or person delegated with representatives from each of the fields of knowledge. Its members will be appointed by the Rector, on proposal of the Governing Council and heard by the Faculty Boards, among persons of recognized scientific prestige that have recognized, at least, two investigation periods.
They meet in regular session every fifteen days during the school term. Among its functions is the designation of the thesis tribunal submitted for defense.
