The 26th International Congress of Bovine Medicine (ANEMBE) was held in Córdoba, Spain, from April 24 to 26, 2024.

We took this opportunity to present two works:

• Biosecurity on sucker cow farms: lessons learned and critical points (Luis Miguel Ortega-Mora and Esther Collantes-Fernández)
• Neonatal calf diarrhea: an old problem with new solutions (Luis Miguel Ortega-Mora and Gema Álvarez-García).
