Durante mi carrera académica, he tratado de mantener una línea coherente en mi investigación. Como resultado, mi labor investigadora ha girado en torno a las desigualdades sociales, y específicamente en torno al papel de dichas desigualdades en la distribución social de la salud y el bienestar. Esta linea general incluye algunas sublíneas, entre las que me gustaría destacar:

- Gradiente socioeconómico en salud -  Determinantes Sociales de la Salud.

- Bienestar psicosocial y envejecimiento.

- Exclusión Social.

During my academic career, I have tried to maintain a consistent line in my research. As a result, my research work has revolved around social inequalities, and specifically around the role of these inequalities in the social distribution of health and well-being. This general line includes some sublines, among which I would like to highlight:

- Socioeconomic gradient in health - Social Determinants of Health.

- Psychosocial well-being and aging.

- Social exclusion.
