Anda-Lucía Ciltan es Profesora Ayudante Doctora en el Área de Lengua y Lingüística del Departamento de Estudios Ingleses, Facultad de Filología, Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Tiene un doctorado con doble titulación en Lingüística Inglesa y Filología, otorgado en régimen de cotutela por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y la Universidad de Bucarest. Su campo de investigación abarca la pragmática y la lingüística intercultural, pero también las actitudes lingüísticas, la SLA (adquisición de segundas lenguas) y la FLT (enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras).

Es miembro del grupo de investigación FUNCAP y del proyecto Stance strategies in immigration and racism-related discourse: analysis and applications in affective learning practices (RACISMMAFF), financiado por el Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación (2022-2026). También ha sido investigadora en el proyecto de innovación docente Análisis de la distribución de la información en Moodle usando un Eye-Tracker (II), financiado por la UCM (2024-2025). 

Ha presentado múltiples ponencias en congresos internacionales y, además de ser autora de libros y capítulos de libros, ha publicado numerosos artículos con editoriales como Peter Lang Publishing y Dykinson, entre otros.

Anda-Lucía Ciltan is Lecturer in the Language and Linguistics Unit of the Department of English Studies, Faculty of Philology, Complutense University of Madrid. She holds a joint-supervision double PhD in English Linguistics and Philology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the University of Bucharest. Her research field comprises pragmatics and intercultural linguistics, but also language attitudes, SLA (second language acquisition) and FLT (foreign language teaching).

She is a member of the research group FUNCAP (Functional Linguistics English-Spanish and its Applications) and of the project Stance strategies in immigration and racism-related discourse: analysis and applications in affective learning practices (RACISMMAFF), funded by The Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (2022-2026). She is also a researcher in the INNOVA project Análisis de la distribución de la información en Moodle usando un Eye-Tracker (II), funded by UCM (2024-2025).

She has presented multiple papers at international conferences and, in addition to authoring books and book chapters, she has published numerous articles with publishers such as Peter Lang Publishing and Dykinson, among others.
