All "common courses" of BAES (semesters 1, 2 & 3) are scheduled according to the General Calendar indicated by KU Leuven. This means that even if the UCM is closed on a given date, you may still have your classes online in these common courses.

 

The "disciplinary introductions" follow the local UCM calendar.

 

UCM Professors may establish "catch-up" classes to make up for local festivities. All specialisation courses (in year 2 & 3) of BAES will follow the academic calendar of the university where the courses are offered.
