Submissions

To submit an article proposal, authors must send their submissions to alaeste@ucm.es. The submissions must be made from an institutional email address provided by the university in which the student is enrolled. If the student does not have an institutional email address, personal emails will be accepted only if a copy of the proof of enrollment is provided.

Articles must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review by other journals. Submitters are solely responsible for the originality of their articles and the proper use of the sources cited before submitting to the journal. Articles must be submitted in Word. Authors are also reminded to provide the article’s title in English along with key words in both English and Spanish. Ala Este accepts articles written in Spanish.

All articles will undergo a peer-review process for quality assurance, and authors will be notified of the status of their submissions.
