Chloe Sharpe es Doctora en Historia del Arte por la Universidad de York (Reino Unido), máster en Museología y Museos, y licenciada en Filología Inglesa e Historia del Arte. Es acreditada por la ANECA como Profesora Ayudante Doctor. Ha disfrutado de becas de investigación del Arts and Humanities Research Council (2014-2017) y del Museo Nacional del Prado (2009-2011), y en 2005 recibió el Alumni Prize de la Universidad de Birmingham al mejor expediente académico. Ha sido profesora en la Universidad Complutense, Schiller International University, Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio, y la Universidad de York, y actualmente es docente en UDIT-Universidad de Diseño y Tecnología (Madrid). Participa regularmente en congresos internacionales y ha publicado varios artículos académicos y capítulos de libro. Sus líneas principales de investigación son el arte del siglo XIX, en particular la escultura funeraria, el arte anatómico, el pintor John Singer Sargent, y la relación entre imagen y texto en los libros de viaje ilustrados. Chloe Sharpe is Doctor in Art History from the University of York (UK), Master in Museum Studies and Museums, and Bachelor in English and the History of Art. Chloe is accredited by the ANECA as Profesora Ayudante Doctor. She has received research grants and fellowships from the Arts and Humanities Research Council (2014-2017) and the Prado Museum (2009-2011), and in 2005 received the Alumni prize for her academic results at the University of Birmingham.  She has taught at the Universidad Complutense, Schiller International University, Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio and the University of York, and she is currently a professor at UDIT-Universidad de Diseño y Tecnología (Madrid).
