Chantal Rodríguez García graduated with a degree in English Studies at the Complutense University of Madrid (2020-2024). Her bachelor's thesis, Wonderland Revisited: 1899 (2022) as Neo-Victorian Rewriting of the Alice Books, reflects her keen interest in the relation between digital productions and literature within the field of Victorianism and Neo-Victorianism.

Her academic view centres on literature, with a particular focus on Greek mythology, Victorian literature, gender studies, and confessional poetry. She is inspired by outstanding literary figures such as Sylvia Plath, Anne Sexton, Robert Lowell, Vladimir Nabokov, Anaïs Nin, Angela Carter, George Orwell, and Shakespeare among others. Her academic pursuits are complemented by her passion for proofreading and translation. Apart from being an avid reader and enjoying writing, she is curious about literary research and language learning. In addition to her academic achievements, Chantal has experience as a private English teacher for primary and secondary education students. Also, she is looking forward to her upcoming project of traveling abroad to further her academic and work experience while learning new languages. Furthermore, she is a proofreader for Journal of Artistic Creation and Literary Research (JACLR) at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).

Chantal Rodríguez García es licenciada en Filología Inglesa por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2020-2024). Su Trabajo de Fin de Grado, Wonderland Revisited: 1899 (2022) as Neo-Victorian Rewriting of the Alice Books, refleja su interés por la relación entre las producciones digitales y la literatura en el ámbito del victorianismo y neovictorianismo.

Su visión académica se centra en la literatura, con especial atención a la mitología griega, la literatura victoriana, los estudios de género y la poesía confesional. Se inspira en figuras literarias destacadas como Sylvia Plath, Anne Sexton, Robert Lowell, Vladimir Nabokov, Anaïs Nin, Angela Carter, George Orwell y Shakespeare entre otros. Su actividad académica se complementa con su pasión por la corrección y la traducción. Además de ser una ávida lectora y disfrutar escribiendo, siente curiosidad por la investigación literaria y el aprendizaje de idiomas. Además de sus logros académicos, Chantal tiene experiencia como profesora particular de inglés para alumnos de primaria y secundaria. También, está ilusionada con su próximo proyecto de viajar al extranjero para ampliar su experiencia académica y laboral, y aprendizaje de nuevos idiomas.
