Ana Abril Hernández is a researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) who works at the Department of English Philology II (Literature and Culture of the Englishspeaking Countries). Ana is carrying out her doctoral studies within the framework of the Doctoral Program in Literary Studies at her university. She is also Associate Editor of one of the academic journals of her department: JACLR: Journal of Artistic Creation and Literary Research. Her fields of study relate to literature and its artistic manifestations through different media from a semiotic approach as well as its adaptation to the digital format. Contact: anaabril@ucm.es

Ana Abril Hernández es Investigadora Predoctoral Contratada por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y trabaja en el Departamento de Filología Inglesa II (Literatura y Cultura de los Países de Habla Inglesa). Ana realiza su tesis doctoral en el programa de Doctorado en Estudios Literarios de su universidad. También es Editora Asociada de una de las revistas académicas de su departamento: JACLR: Journal of Artistic Creation and Literary Research.  Sus campos de estudio giran en torno a la literatura y sus diversas manifestaciones artísticas a través de diferentes medios desde un enfoque semiótico así como la adaptación de ésta a formatos digitales. Contacto: anaabril@ucm.es
