Adrián Chinarro Sánchez
I graduated in Biology (2018-2022) and did my master's degree in Neuroscience (2022-2023) at the Complutense University of Madrid where I discovered my passion for research in neurobiology. I am mainly interested in the evolution of different brain regions in terms of their location, development, functioning and connections with other areas.
I did my Final Degree Thesis on the "Neuroanatomical localisation of the transcription factor Satb2 in the CNS of the lungfish Protopterus annectens" and my Master's Thesis on the "Neuroanatomical localisation of parvalbumin in the CNS of polypteriform fish", both under the supervision of Prof. Jesús M. López and Daniel Lozano. My doctoral thesis is about "Analysis of the pallial region in the transition between sarcopterygian and actinopterygian fish" and I am doing it at the Complutense University of Madrid under the supervision of Prof. Nerea Moreno and Prof. Jesús M. López.
