Rosa Mª Girón Rubio was born in San Clemente (Cuenca, Spain) in 1989. She studied chemistry at the Univiersidad de Valencia obtaining her degree in 2012. In October 2012, she joined Nazario Martín’s Group at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and she started her Ph. D in 2013 under the supervision of Dr. Salvatore Filippone and Prof. Nazario Martín. She is currently researching about asymmetric synthesis of fullerene derivatives.
