Our Research
- Mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPKs)
- Reactive Oxygen (ROS) and Nitrogen Species (RNS)
- Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)
- Drug-induced liver injury (DILI)
- Alcoholic liver disease (ALD)
- Chronic liver disease (CLD)

Findings
- Hepatocyte Jnk1 and Jnk2 exert combined effects in protecting against toxic liver injury.
- Jnk1 in bone marrow derived cells mediates liver regeneration.
- Hematopoietic cells-derived Jnk1 triggers chronic inflammation and end-stage carcinogenesis
- Jnk1 in hepatic stellate cells is a crucial mediator of hepatic inflammation.
