HIGH TEMPERATURE OVENS WITH CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE
One of the most common synthesis methods for obtaining complex mixed oxides is the ceramic method which requires high working temperatures.
IMA has a whole range of furnaces capable of working up to temperatures of 1500 o C. The Institute also has high temperature tube furnaces that allow the synthesis and annealing of materials in different atmospheres: reducing (H2 ) inert (N2 , Ar, He) or oxidants (O2 ).
