The program focuses on the study of growth strategies – growth models, institutional environments and methods of foreign investment – within the EU and its member states. This includes analysis of the recent global economic crisis and how the singularities of that crisis manifest in the public sphere in terms of its causes, methods of intervention on the part of governments and public institutions, their results, and alternative scenarios in the future.
