Research stay of associate researcher César Díaz-Carrera

Associate researcher César Díaz-Carrera conducted a research stay at the University of Regensburg (Germany), where he led the International Seminar "Creative Leadership for the 21st Century" from September 23 to 28.

Research stay of the ICEI Director in Costa Rica The Director of the ICEI, A. Jesús Sánchez-Fuentes, spent a research period at the Centro Internacional de Política Económica para el Desarrollo Sostenible (CINPE) at the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. During his time there, he engaged with academic staff to explore potential areas of collaboration in research. Additionally, he delivered lectures to the students and faculty of the center.	Research stay and presentations by the Academic Secretary of the ICEI This summer, the Academic Secretary of our institute, Xira Ruiz Campillo, carried out a research stay at the School of International Relations at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Argentina). During her time there, Xira participated in a series of discussions and seminars focused on climate change, environmental issues, and the intersection of teaching and research in the social sciences.
Research stay of researcher Briseida Jiménez Affiliated researcher Briseida Jiménez spent a research period at the Luxembourg Centre for European Law at the University of Luxembourg, where she presented her research findings on "Transnational Data Transfers: A Closer Look at the Latest Agreement with the United States".	Research stay of researcher Miguel Casquet The researcher Miguel Casquet conducted a research stay from September 2 to September 25 at the Politécnico di Milano, where he worked on the economic feasibility of implementing geostructures as a source of energy in households.

	Research stay of Thomas Baumert The researcher Thomas Baumert conducted a stay as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Vinston Centre at the University of Buckingham. During his stay, he presented the results of his research "The Missing Link Between the School of Salamanca and the Austrian School of Economics" at a faculty seminar.

Research stay of the Acting Director of the ICEI, Prof. Isabel Álvarez, at Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Faculty of Economics and Administration, as part of the researcher exchange activities within the European Marie Curie project Catching up along the Global Value Chain (CatChain).
