The registration for the Spanish IC2BE workshop 2019 is now open

The workshop Circulation and enforcement of decisions regarding the payment of amounts in the European Union: the Spanish case will take place on October 10, 2019 at Complutense University of Madrid, School of Law. The meeting will be held within the framework of the Informed Choices in Cross-Border Enforcement research project (IC2BE) in order to disseminate the results of the research carried out in Spain on the subject. The workshop also aims at publicizing the advantages of the application of the EU Regulations as to the recognition and the enforcement of cross-border debts.
The seminar will count with the participation of prominent legal professionals, as well as experts with recognized experience in the fields of public administration, judiciary and advocacy in business and consumer defense specialties.
