The database of the Informed Choices in Cross Border Enforcement (IC2BE) project can now be consulted free of charge at https://www.uantwerpen.be/en/projects/ic2be/

The database compiles the judgements issued by the national courts of the countries participating in the project (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Luxembourg and Spain) in addition to France, as well as the decisions published by the Court of Justice of the European Union on cases that apply the EU Regulations on the payment of amounts in the European Union from 2007 to the present.

Each judgement includes a summary in English and an individualized case analysis. The full text of some sentences is also available in their original language.
