Professor Xandra Kramer, member of the IC2BE project in The Netherlands, organizes the seminar Challenge Accepted! Exploring Pathways to Civil Justice in Europe, which will take place on 19th and 20th of November 2018 in Rotterdam.

The conference, which will be held in the context of the Building EU Civil Justice project, will discuss issues as relevant as the use of artificial intelligence in dispute resolution, the privatization of justice and the multiplication of alternative dispute resolution schemes, the increased possibility of self-representation, and the specialization of court systems and its influence in the civil justice system.
