Medical Imaging
The main line of research of our team is Image Quality Assesment in Radiology. We are developing several tools and methods to obtain useful and objective indexes and procedures we can use to improve the performance of the radiology systems.
It is our aim to share with the scientific community our programs as Open Source Software. At the moment, we have developed the following tools:
- SSIM_INDEX: a plugin written in Java for ImageJ
- MS_SSIM and MS_SSIM* INDEX: a plugin written in Java for ImageJ
- Turning CDMAM
- SSIM family. Up to 16 different indexes
