Santiago García Campá
Santiago García Campá is a professor at the Predepartmental Unit for Labor/SS/ Ecclesiastical and State Law at the Jaume I University of Castellón. He teaches on the Degree course in Labour Relations and Human Resources, the Degree course on Technical Architecture, as well as on the Master's Degree course in Occupational Risk Prevention and Master's Degree course in Equality and Gender in the Public and Private Sphere.
He has an extensive research career. He is a member of various research groups such as: Dret, Gènere i Igualtat Efectiva de Dones i Homes Purpose of the group: Dogmatic-legal research with a gender perspective of Public and Private Law, of which he is Chief Investigator (CI) or Challenges of the Labour Law in the 21st century. He also participates in different R + D + I projects such as: Ethna System-Ethics Governance System for RRI in higher education, funding and research centres (European Research Project), Comparative perspective of the third sector of social action in the autonomous communities (Research Project of the National R + D + I Plan) or Collective Bargaining and Effective Equality in the Valencian Community: a legal and practical analysis of equality plans in companies (Local Research Project).
He is an expert in Labour Law and gender and has published various works on these subjects.
