Roberto Carlos Rosino Calle
Doctorate in Law by the Complutense University of Madrid (2016), he holds a Specialist Diploma in Constitutional Law and Political Sciences by the CEPC (2007-2008).
Rosino is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Constitutional Law at the Complutense University of Madrid. He is teaching subjects from several grades at the Faculty of Law, as well as in the Parliamentary Law, Elections and Legislative Studies MA Degree, which arose from the collaboration between the Parliamentary Law Institute and the Complutense University of Madrid. Previously, his teaching career was developed in both the public sector, in the Centro Universitario de La Defensa in San Javier, and the private one, in the European University of Madrid.
He is experienced in academic and teaching management.
Rosino takes part in the Research Project “Fortalecimiento de la democracia y el Estado de Derecho a través de la Inteligencia Artificial” and the Convention for the implementation of the European Declaration of Digital Rights in the scope of participatory rights. His scientific production focuses in two fields: the exercise of the Human Rights in the digital world, and the planning of the economic area. He is currently working on the lawful configuration of the freedom of speech in the Internet.
